My journey began in New Jersey where I grew up and where my mother still lives today. I went to college at Rhode Island College and graduated in the ‘70s (at 14 years old!) and then taught for two years in a school for severely and profoundly special students. I married Wayne and we moved to Massachusetts, where he was born, to raise our family of three: Katie, Tony and Kristen. Katie our eldest has four children with her husband John. Tony married Heather Walsh on 7/7/07 and Kristen was married to Adam on 4/7/2007. After spending several years at home Bobbi and I opened Cranberry Crossing, bring 23 years of childcare experience and 33 years of motherhood. I spent about 4 years in the office full time before I was able to move into the classroom. I have been in every class but I find that I love the pre-kindergarten class the best. It is very gratifying to have past students come back here to visit, work here, or enroll their own children After twenty plus years, I still love my job and coming to work everyday.
